Precast WG 3*2

The Precast Installation Labourer works with a team to perform tasks involved in the installation of precast concrete. This includes hollowcore panels, wall panels, beams, columns, bleachers and balconies. Position requires travel to and from job sites where long hours are involved.

The precast half slab is a floor deck element and used in residential and commercial buildings. Industrial and parking facilities as well. It is beneficial in structures with a considerable amount of plumbing and other building service routes and holes installed in the floor structure.

The concept of precast (also known as “prefabricated”) construction includes those buildings where the majority of structural components are standardized and produced in plants in a location away from the building, and then transported to the site for assembly.

Precast concrete is a construction product produced by casting concrete in a reusable mold or "form" which is then cured in a controlled environment, transported to the construction site and maneuvered into place; examples include precast beams, and wall panels, floors, roofs, and piles.
