Precast concrete is made by pouring concrete into a mould in a factory or plant, instead of directly pouring it at the construction site. The cured concrete product is then transported to the construction site and installed as a finished material. However, there are several different types of precast concrete.
Precast Classic Wall is a precast wall with integrated formwork made up of two fine reinforced concrete panels that are connected to each other and held apart by metal stiffeners, and a central space into which ready-mix concrete can be cast.
Typical widths include 10′, 12′, and 13′4″. Other custom widths are available. Typical wall panel heights range from 10′ to 50′ for a single element (to accommodate three-level structures). Structures with multi-stacked wall panels can reach heights of more than 120′.
Our precast panel sizes are, 1.44m x 300mm, 1.52m x 300mm and 1.55m x 300mm. Note that the standard stop nonsense size is 1.44m x 300 or 600mm per precast concrete panel. We manufacture and install many stop nonsense houses. We do precast walling in Pretoria North and surrounding areas.

Concrete, in construction, structural material consisting of a hard, chemically inert particulate substance, known as aggregate (usually sand and gravel), that is bonded together by cement and water.
Precast wall for industrial building are usually flat but increased in height customised to match the storey height. The load bearing structural walls ranges from 150 to 200mm thickness. The non load bearing walls are usually 100mm to 125mm thickness.
Due to its strength, precast concrete can be used in load bearing walls, reducing the amount of steel required. This delivers a cost saving as well as a robust building structure. Precise engineering means the walls are made to exact specifications, contributing to its structural integrity.
Precast concrete walls are pre-manufactured wall panels made from concrete that are produced in a controlled factory environment and then transported to the construction site for installation.
